Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of BI and AI technologies, and a proven track record in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Qualify Leads:Proactively seek out and engage potential clients in need of BI and AI solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis and qualify leads.
  • Develop Sales Strategies:Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customize sales approaches to address specific client needs.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships:Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Present Solutions:Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our BI and AI solutions& services, showcasing their value and potential impact on the client’s business.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals:Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Ensure contracts and agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:Work closely with the marketing, delivery and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Informed:Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging BI and AI technologies to effectively position our solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience:Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in BI, AI, or related technology solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, data analytics, natural language processing).
  • Sales Skills:Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Management:Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-Motivated:Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Travel:Willingness to travel within India& abroad as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
